(3) Characteristic:
Avoid the waste material entering into the drying drum; can reduce the heat loss. Avoid stopping up the hot aggregate elevator and the vibrating screen.

3. Drying drum

(2) Characteristic:
Outside the drying drum is covered with a 50mm heat preservation structure, Inside the drying drum fixing up diversifed blades used for lifting aggregate, it should be easy to exchange heat between the flame and the aggregate, the drying drum is driven by four friction wheels, freely link, smoothly and evenly drive.

7.Mixer tower
The rail is covered with the colorized steel corrugated plate, safety and beauty.
(1) The Dun vibrating screen with 3 and 1/2 layers are made in Shanghai.

Attention: The screen mesh can be chosen according to the clients¡¯ requirement. The client must indicate when order the plant, and we will execute according to this configuration.

(2) Hot material bins
Four separated bins, and the whole templates are easy to transport; Air cylinders adopt parallel installation. Faucet connection and It is easy to replace in using. Decompression pipeline are installed in bins.

(3) Weighing bins
1) Mine material weighing filler:
   Model: single filler, suspending by three upholding points, with transportation fixed bolts; Decompression pipeline are installed in filler. Rated capability: 2000kg
2) Dust weighing filler:
   Model: single filler, suspending by three upholding points, with transportation fixed bolts; weighing the new and the recycling dust together; Rated capability: 300kg
3) Asphalt weighing filler:
    Model: single filler, heat preservation, suspending by three upholding points, with transportation fixed bolts.
Rated capability: 160kg
Characteristic:
The transducer uses TOLEDO made in China & American, correct computation, error could compensate voluntarily.

(4) Mixing equipment

    Driving mode£ºbevel gear-umbrella  gear speed   reducer connect together£¬with synchromesh gear in another side.
Characteristic:
Double shafts contrarotate, which makes the aggregate have been turning over for 15-20S, and ensure the mixture mixed evenly.

(5) Asphalt spray system

Motor power of asphalt pump with high viscidity & heat preservation: 15kw
Characteristic:
Use the pressure spray quickly and evenly, having no asphalt leaking, good for shortening the mixing time and enhancing the output.

8.Dust supply system

The cubage for the new and recycling dust filler both is 30 m3; Using high-press air to explode the agglomeration.

    The two bins adopt parataxis installation, and conform to mixing tower with compact design; it can add the new and old dust proportionally.

11. Electric control system
(1) Control house

Control cabinet is of box type, Germany SIMENS electricity parts, Japan OMONLON colorized touch screen and PLC controller, can realize automatism control, Semi-automatism control and manual control; Equipped with printer; advanced Control; reliable capability; convenient and obvious operation.

1.The technique request about throughput
It can be made clear that the throughput of asphalt mixing plant is that under the standard conditions; it must fulfil the requirements as below simultaneously: (1) Environment temperature :20¡æ1 standard atmospheric pressure
(2) The average humidity of Cold aggregate <5%
(3) The temperature of the hot aggregate <160¡æ
(4) The mixture is of middle size, the density of stone material¡Ý 1600kg/m3
(5) The content of sand material in mixture <35%
(6) The product capability include asphalt and dust material
(7) Circulatory time: 45s, mixing capacity: 2000kg/batch
(8) The stone aggregate must comply with the requirements of proportion in technical specifications.

2. The requirements for fuel:
(1) Light oil: diesel oil£¬heat calorific power is no small than 46055kJ/kg;
(2) The heavy oil model is determined according to imported burner;

3.The items that the client equipped oneself
(1) The cable between the transformer and the control-room should be equipped by clients£¬supplier can provide the type and requirement of the cable that is for reference.
(2) The lube and grease for the equipment, the material used for foundation.
     (3) Hot oil, supplier give client advises according to the requirement of temperature.
(4) The electric power system adopts single loop triphase four-wire to supply. If has any special request, the client should indicate in the contract
