Spare part center has three missions. Mission one is recommend customer a package list of spare part for a predicted period when customer order from GECHENG first. Mission two is offer spare parts in free in guarantee time if the problem is result from quality cause. Mission three is be responsible to supply spare parts in the whole life of equipment customer bought.
